I don't think I've been this impatient for spring in a
very long time!
Handpainted glasses from Belk, a Mother's Day gift.
I love the lilac inspired plate that I've had for years.
You may recognize the Easter jar from an earlier post.
If you didn't notice already, the placemat is from Dollar Tree.Woven raffia in lots of pastel colors.
The birds have been singing alot here the last week or so.
It just makes me so happy to hear them in the mornings. I'm pretty sure a nest is being built in the gutter near my bedroom window!

Handpainted porcelain candlesticks from Italy...very well loved for many years.
I don't have a purpose for this jar but I couldn't resist the colors when I saw it. It has been living in the powder room.
(yes, I washed it first!)

I came up for air and posted today. My SIL's tests are still to come, but looks like she's doing better. So that's some good news. PTL! And I hope your mother is doing better as well.
