MET MONDAY - Kitchen Pantry Remodel

We spent the day on Saturday trying to tie up the loose ends on our kitchen remodel.
One of the loose ends was installing the glass paned door on the pantry. We still have a little bit of baseboard and trim to do but we are far enough along to show a few photos today.

This is before ~ the pantry is located under the stairs and was just deep enough to attach shelves and add a door.
We knocked the back wall down completely and took the side walls down to the studs.
An overhead light was installed, a new back wall built and the walls paneled in walnut stained beadboard to match our cabinet redo.

We added several shelves to the back and one side wall. The wood floor was continued into the pantry and on Saturday we installed the glass paned door.

I like it so much better than the old pantry! I feel much more organized and have doubled the storage space. And best of all I have a light and can actually walk-in!
