Powder Room-AND Featured on TCB

I am so honored today to be featured on Today's Creative Blog! Thank you Kim, I appreciate all of the fun comments and the shout out! Let me just say - Being the Mommy I usually get stuck with the butt...sigh - so typical.

Met Monday - Powder Room
The before photo was the day we toured the house to buy it.
It was nice but a little old fashioned and too blue for me.

I had been wanting to try the plaster wall texture to give it an old world feeling. The powder room was just the right size to experiment in.

I like the way it turned out but I wouldn't want to do a large room.

We added and stained the wood trim around the existing mirror, it's a quick way to bring those huge mirrors into the new century!

I love the new faucet - hand rubbed bronze

My husband made the shelves and put them up for me, I like having the display and storage area but haven't hit on the perfect arrangement yet ;)

Just enough wall space for one big print.

Thank you for visiting! Please check out all of the creative Met Monday's at Between Naps on the Porch.
