A Little bit'a Christmas

It's Tuesday!
We all survived the back to work Monday after Thanksgiving!

My hubby and I are having a Christmas Open House Party on Dec 11th! I'm very excited, this will be our first ever "adult" party! I'm hoping we don't end up with a Clark Griswaldian fiasco! I have been doing my best to prepare...and I have a little bit of Christmas decorating to share this morning. I'm not finished by any means so there will be more to come.

Standing Guard

I love this picture frame! $7 at a craft sale!

Cookie and candy tree

Family room tree, still needs a tree skirt!

Kelly, Becca, Jack and Molly

I wish I had more to share today...please check back tomorrow, as the decorating continues!
BTW-any great Christmasy recipes for appetizers you would like to share are most welcome!

  11. Love your cookie/candy tree...that bucket of pinecones is a great idea! Ideas for a tree skirt...I don't use the standard skirts...I have used...tablecloths, window treatments, shower curtains...quilts...fabric (I will be using some red burlap this year on one of my trees)...check me out next week to see what I come up with this year! Silly me...I forgot to sign up...now I'm #100!!!!!
